ꕀ General Terms

  1. Max character on a canvas: 3 (unless bribed hehe)

  2. I only accept payment in USD through Paypal & IDR through bank transfer for Indonesian customers (BCA)

  3. By commissioning me, I will understand that you have read and agreed to my terms and service. Issues from the commissioner due to not reading the TOS properly will no longer be my responsibility.

  4. I am free to refuse your commission for whatever reason I may have.

  5. I have the rights to all my artworks (especially to post the commission result on my social media), thus using it for AI works, claiming it as yours, tracing, and commercial use is strictly prohibited. (unless Copyright is bought) I shall also be allowed to use the commissions as samples.

  6. Reposts of the commissions are allowed, however, you must credit me and link any of my social media (Twitter, Instagram)

ꕀCommission Flow

  1. DM me on my Instagram or Discord to ask my commission status or to book a slot.

  2. Please provide me clear references of the character you want me to draw (Character References, outfits, expressions, poses, etc.)

  3. Fullpayment are made after the sketch has been approved (max. 3x revisions)

  4. Art progress: as 1 day to as long as a month to finish the commission.

  5. I will send the finished art through DM by GDrive link and email (you will get the .JPG/.PNG file with watermark and no WM.

  6. If the commission is without background, I will send a transparent .PNG file.

  7. Let me know in advance if you do not want me to post the work or WIP shots.

  8. Since I am a college student, there may be instances where I have slower progress on the commission. If I take more than a month, I will message you whether you would like to further wait for the commission or would prefer a refund.

ꕀRefund

  1. Full refund will be provided if requested BEFORE sketch confirmation. (Excluding the paypal transc. fee)

  2. 50% of the fee will be refunded after sketch confirmation

  3. 25% of the fee will be refunded after lineart-flat confirmation.

ꕀCopyright-bought commission

  1. Commercial use is 2~3x original price. Please contact me via DM or email to further discuss the rate.

  2. When copyright of the work is bought from me, you are free to use it for any intentions. (ex. merchandise; video; mass printing)

  3. Personal use such as printing a copy for yourself is not under copyright bought commission.
